WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A FUTURE FIREFIGHTERS SCHOLARSHIP?

Anyone in the world who is enrolled in a firefighter training program.

ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS?

Applicants must be 18 or older.

WHICH COUNTRIES ARE ELIGIBLE?

All countries.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SCHOLARSHIPS?

Full or partial scholarships are provided to awardees, usually $500 and higher, depending upon availability of funds.

WHEN ARE THE SCHOLARSHIPS PAID?

There are two open enrollment periods per year. Payment is made a maximum of 6 months after each announcement.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN A STUDENT APPLY?

Students can apply during each open enrollment period, but will only receive one award per year.

WHO RECEIVES THE SCHOLARSHIPS?

Payment is made in the name of the awardee to the Certified Trainining Academy the applicant selected in their application. (Applicants would have already applied and been accepted to the Certified Traiing Academy and possess a student ID number).
